Lovely to meet and connect with you in the

Thai Yoga Massage Training

A holistic approach that emphasises the integration of mind, body and breath

This form of massage originally comes from Thailand and combines elements of yoga, acupressure, stretching techniques, and energy work. It is often referred to as "passive yoga" because the person receiving the massage is guided into various yoga-like positions, while the practitioner applies gentle stretches and pressure to specific points on the body. I love to emphasis the meditation that can be felt in our hands when we give touch. So we touch with a present silence, a joy to give and the skill to be receptive to energy in every moment.

Some kind words

Sandra Lisson, Köln - Thai Yoga Massage Training

“I am really pleased that I was able to learn the art of touch from you for the first time. It was great fun and I was impressed by how much I enjoyed massaging. I didn't expect that. As I said on the first day after the first massage, it is a new form of meditation for me. Being in contact with other people and responding to their needs is simply wonderful. Giving and receiving relaxation and well-being at the same time is really great and makes so much sense! What I found so pleasant was that I hardly felt any perfectionism at all during the massage. I could just do it - it all felt completely natural and intuitive - it was a bit of freedom. It felt completely natural and thus spread a lightness in me - my head didn't start to doubt and I somehow knew what I had to do. Those were magical moments for me. THANK YOU. .”

“Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground.”
